Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bath

The staff was very friendly and professional treating guest with a warm welcome. The suite was very clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was helpful answering questions on local eateries. On my departure I asked to speak to the manager to commend him on the hotel and staff that make their guest feel special. I give them a 10/10 and I will be staying there again.

While not the newest hotel, the cleanliness and friendliess make up for it. While struggling to find accommodation in a blizzard, this Microtel was the only option. I'm usually a Hilton patron, but this was quite a surprise. The bathroom showed some wear but was spotlessly clean. The towels weren't the newest but again, they were clean as were the sheets. The bed room was very clean and smelled nice. The carpet was newer. Overall, clean and safe. Staff was very accommodating and friendly (even at midnight). If new and sparkly is a requirement for you, this isn't it. If clean, warm, and safe then this is it. I'd stay again. And the breakfast bar was a nice surprise. For the money it's a great value.

What a pleasant surprise! We had unfortunately had a couple of disappointing stays on this trip (we travel full time for wotk). This hotel is a wonderful change. We were greeted by Dom and he is exactly the right person for that job. He was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The room was clean, the beds were comfy and the shower was hot with great pressure. I hope we get back this way again!

If you're staying in Bath, this is the only hotel worth staying at in town. Don't look any further. The other places in town are filled with local live ins and aren't worth your time. So thankful we found this place. Rooms are spotless and service is top notch, and when they tell you to eat at DJ Flamingos, don't question it and just go.

Very nice and clean looking inside and outside. Room (suite) was very clean and comfortable. Single serve coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave and countertop with small sink and stools. Sofa and flat screen tv. Bathroom decent and plenty of hot water for the shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hot or cold breakfast in the mornings with various drinks and assortment of items.

We stayed for the holiday weekend visiting family and friends. The hotel was a short drive away from our friends. Appearance of the hotel is nice / clean. They have ice machines . Also a fitness center . The room was very clean and comfortable. We were in a suite. It had a single serve coffee maker ,mini fridge, microwave and small sink and counter with stools . Small sofa and flat screen tv. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They served a hot or cold breakfast in the mornings with a decent variety. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the staff was great . The hotel was very nice in appearance inside and outside.

Booked our room through a service and it made an error in booking. I contacted the manager at Microtel and he was able to address the issue while we were still on the road. When we arrived everything was set and perfect for a relaxing stay over. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My family and I stayed for a weekend recently and was very pleased with the rooms and staff. Xavier and Dominic were very pleasant, courteous and attentive. Recommended a great family restaurant Stephanie’s a short drive away. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety.
